Senior Consultant / Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

Sia Partners is a consulting firm focused on strategy, business transformation, IT and digital strategy and data science, with over 1,800 consultants in 18 countries. As a member of its Wealth Management Practice, you will apply your prior industry or consulting experience to manage key projects and initiatives for clients. The role suits candidates with 5+ years of experience in strategy, target operating model design or business transformation, and implementation (SDLC/Agile) across wealth or asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of client assignments, usually as part of an on-site project team
• Assist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methods
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and support bid teams with proposals
• Contribute to high-quality technical offerings
• Support the Sia practice and its people development

Required profile

• Prior experience in a reputable consulting firm
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking
• High drive and commitment to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player who shares knowledge with colleagues and clients
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Ability to learn new subject matter rapidly and understand the trends shaping Wealth Management
• Flexibility and initiative in unstructured environments with limited supervision

Required skills

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proven writing and presentation skills
• Implementation experience (SDLC/Agile)
