Senior Consultant - OMS/EMS (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

SS&C Eze, a provider of investment technology for financial services, is looking for an OMS/EMS Consultant to join its Professional Services team in the Singapore office (hybrid). Consultants work on client projects from design to delivery, helping implement and configure the Eze software suite so that requirements are understood and client satisfaction is driven through effective project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and test the Eze product suite, focusing on core Order Management and Execution Management functions
• Manage multiple projects for global clients and handle implementation, upgrade and customization work
• Work with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers and CSMs to support requirements gathering, documentation, configuration and integration
• Configure new implementation workflows, including workrooms and views
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and disaster recovery tests with clients and IT partners
• Support system configurations for new fund launches, asset classes and markets, and lead upgrade projects while managing client impact
• Gather client information to define technical configuration requirements and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify inefficiencies and help build repeatable implementation and upgrade plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• Relevant financial and/or IT qualifications and industry experience
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and effective communication skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of SQL or proficiency in other coding languages is a plus
• Working knowledge of relational databases and Windows server environments
• Experience learning new technical tools
