Senior Consultant – Strategy Consulting (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join a leading global business consulting firm in Singapore. The role involves driving strategic projects for clients across consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life‑sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with client senior management to understand objectives and align project scope.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution of assigned projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables on time.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Support talent acquisition, identify prospective clients and contribute to pitch development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4‑6 years of strategic consulting experience at a reputable strategy consulting firm.
• Proven experience in growth strategy, go‑to‑market, or broader strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid functional knowledge of strategy, business development, marketing and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative‑taking and innovative problem‑resolution.
