Senior Contracts Manager – Construction Procurement (2-Year Contract)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead construction procurement activities on a two‑year fixed‑term basis. The role involves preparing tender documents, drafting contract clauses, evaluating bids and awarding contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and vet tender documentation, including specifications and contract clauses.
- Evaluate tender submissions, provide recommendations and manage award processes.
- Review external consultant submissions on contract administration matters such as variation claims, extensions of time, loss & expense, final accounts and dispute resolution.
- Support project managers with contractual and costing issues.
- Implement innovative procurement strategies and best practices.
Required profile
- Background in Building or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within consultant QS firms or developer organisations.
