Senior Contracts Manager – Construction Procurement (2-Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead construction procurement activities on a two‑year fixed‑term basis. The role involves preparing tender documents, drafting contract clauses, evaluating bids and awarding contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and vet tender documentation, including specifications and contract clauses.
• Evaluate tender submissions, provide recommendations and manage award processes.
• Review external consultant submissions on contract administration matters such as variation claims, extensions of time, loss & expense, final accounts and dispute resolution.
• Support project managers with contractual and costing issues.
• Implement innovative procurement strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Background in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within consultant QS firms or developer organisations.
