Senior Coordinator, TM Uptake Management

About the role

You’ll play a key role in making sure our ships sail full, efficient, and on schedule, balancing customer demands, operational constraints, and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Managing vessel space – ensuring ships are well‑utilised across different trade routes.
• Planning cargo allocation – tactical decision making based on booking development.
• Monitoring bookings – tracking how quickly space is filling up and adjusting plans when needed.
• Making real‑time decisions – prioritising cargo when space is limited or disruptions occur.
• Working with global teams – coordinating with planners, commercial teams, and customer service across regions.
• Handling operational challenges – e.g., delays, transshipment connections, or special cargo requirements.
• Improving performance – supporting KPIs such as vessel utilisation, booking response time, and on‑time loading.

Required profile
