Senior Customer Success Manager – Global Clients

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with our global clients and help them realise maximum value from our Hiring and Learning solutions. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with sales and cross‑functional teams to drive engagement, optimisation and innovation across large multinational organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic success strategies that increase product adoption and ROI for global accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and ongoing engagement for Hiring and Learning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to align on client goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Analyse usage data and trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, learning & development, customer success, account management or product adoption.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong empathy and the ability to advocate for client value.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and time‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
