Senior Customer Technical Lead

About the role

Ivalua is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Lead to act as the primary technical bridge between high‑value customers, regional delivery teams, and internal IT/Security functions. This strategic, global position involves guiding complex technical inquiries, ensuring security and performance compliance, and building long‑term trust with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical interface for regional delivery teams, filtering and resolving non‑trivial technical requests.
• Lead high‑level technical discussions with customers' IT and Security departments, aligning Ivalua’s platform with their infrastructure and compliance standards.
• Manage communication during critical incidents, translating technical findings into clear Root Cause Analysis reports and action plans.
• Provide expert guidance to Professional Services teams to unblock technical issues.
• Participate in strategic customer advisory meetings, presenting technical solutions and risk mitigations.
• Operate across multiple time zones, adapting communication to diverse regional expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior technical consulting or lead role, preferably within SaaS or cloud‑based solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership building.
