Senior Data Center Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior AI Compute & Infrastructure leader to design and execute our global AI computing strategy across Singapore, Hong Kong, China and other overseas markets. This high‑impact role owns AI compute capacity, data‑center development, GPU procurement and cluster operations, powering next‑generation LLM and AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement domestic and international AI compute strategy and roadmap, ensuring sufficient capacity while reducing unit cost.
• Lead IDC site selection, negotiation, construction and delivery, managing power, energy efficiency, network bandwidth and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement of GPU servers (including NVIDIA and local solutions), networking gear and related software, driving cost‑effective supplier negotiations.
• Establish and manage AI compute cluster operations, scheduling platforms and incident response to maintain stability, availability and SLA performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data centers, cloud computing or AI compute infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Singapore/SEA IDC site selection, data‑center construction and operations; China experience is a plus.
• Extensive background in GPU server procurement, supply‑chain management and cost control.
• Familiarity with export controls, cross‑border data compliance and international regulatory requirements.

• Data‑center infrastructure design, power and PUE optimization.
