Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to own end‑to‑end product and software delivery, from inception through post‑go‑live support. The role ensures that product objectives, scope, compliance, and timelines are clearly defined, communicated, tracked, and achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle, developing delivery roadmaps and project plans in partnership with the Project Management Team.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to align scope, quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison, providing transparent status updates, risk escalation, and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives—and champion continuous improvement.
• Support operational readiness and post‑go‑live transition when an Operations Manager is not assigned.
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product or software delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
• Ability to identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
