Senior Designer – AI-Powered Banking Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of next‑generation AI‑powered banking platforms. The role focuses on transforming complex banking data, AI insights, and operational workflows into intuitive, explainable, and visually compelling experiences for enterprise users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design from discovery and research through prototyping and delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into user‑centered journeys, IA, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and standards for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design data‑rich interfaces that communicate AI‑driven insights clearly.
• Advocate user‑centered design while balancing business, technical, and operational constraints.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design.
• At least 3 years designing enterprise software or complex B2B platforms.
• Proven track record with data‑intensive applications and dashboards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise products, complex workflows, and end‑to‑end design thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high‑fidelity UI design.
• Expertise in data visualization and information design.
• Good understanding of front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
