About the role

The Senior Digital Designer will lead the creation of high‑impact visual concepts for digital campaigns, focusing on layout, typography, and scalable creative systems. You will translate key visual directions into modular templates that enable fast, consistent production across multiple digital formats while maintaining brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key visual concepts and campaign directions covering layout, typography, product presentation, and CTA treatments.
• Build and maintain modular template systems, component libraries, and AI‑assisted creative frameworks for high‑volume production.
• Create reusable design components such as headlines, CTAs, pricing modules, product lock‑ups, and motion presets.
• Produce motion‑based creative treatments and animated ad variants for digital campaign adaptation.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and creative team to support scalable campaign execution.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to template systems and production standards.
• Continuously evolve creative workflows based on business and platform needs.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in digital design, campaign production, or performance‑marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout craft, typography, campaign visual development, and scalable design systems.
• Proven experience handling high‑volume campaign production for sales, festive, product launch, or promotional events.
• Ability to think in systems rather than one‑off executions and to build creative infrastructure that supports fast, consistent output.
