Senior Director, Global Quality, Safety & Environment – APAC

About the role

The Senior Director, Global Quality, Safety, and Environment for APAC will lead a high‑performing audit team across the region. Reporting to the VP of the Global Audit Organization, you will shape a data‑driven, technology‑enabled audit function that safeguards product quality, food safety, occupational health, and environmental performance across Coca‑Cola’s bottling network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QSE audit professionals, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee independent, risk‑based audits of company‑owned and franchised bottling operations and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Partner with operating units, bottling partners, and global stakeholders to strengthen QSE performance and advise on emerging risks.
• Champion innovation, digital solutions, and modern audit methodologies, continuously improving tools, analytics, and the long‑term vision for the Global Audit Organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) within manufacturing, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
