Senior Director, Public Policy – APAC

About the role

Roblox is seeking a Senior Director of Public Policy for the APAC region to shape and execute its local policy strategy. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Roblox’s growth aligns with regulatory expectations and community standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive public policy agenda for APAC, including regulatory commitments and trade group participation.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to policy developments that could impact Roblox’s operations across the region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product, legal, and communications strategies with policy objectives.
• Engage with government agencies, NGOs, and industry bodies to advocate for favorable regulatory environments.
• Lead the development and refinement of community rules and related policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory landscapes and ability to anticipate policy trends.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while building effective relationships across departments.
• Passion for Roblox’s mission and the digital creator community.
