Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide end‑to‑end legal support for ZEEKR's automobile sales business in Singapore. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and handling disputes across sales, dealer cooperation, marketing, and after‑sales services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle contract management for sales, dealer agreements, vehicle sales contracts, after‑sales service agreements, advertising contracts, and logistics procurement contracts.
• Support commercial negotiations, identify local legal risks such as consumer rights protection, and deliver risk‑control solutions.
• Establish and maintain internal compliance systems, including labor employment compliance, corporate governance compliance, and management of corporate qualifications and licences.
• Draft and revise employment contracts, non‑compete agreements, employee handbooks, and organise labour training.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate external counsel for consumer complaints, dealer contract disputes, labour arbitration/litigation, and infringement matters.
• Synchronise legal work with ZEEKR headquarters and implement HQ legal and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from a recognised domestic or foreign law school.
• 4–8 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in the automobile sales or distribution sector.
• Local legal practice qualification in Singapore is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
