Senior Director – Strategic Business Unit (TAG‑SEA)

About the role

The Senior Director will lead the establishment and growth of A&M TAG Southeast Asia (TAG‑SEA), a strategic business unit of Global TAG. This senior leadership position reports to A&M and is responsible for driving the unit’s market presence, delivering complex assignments, and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand TAG‑SEA, defining its strategic direction and operational framework.
• Lead diverse, complex projects alongside experienced management professionals.
• Generate new business leads and mentor junior staff to develop their capabilities.
• Drive practice development, marketing, and sales initiatives to increase the unit’s visibility and revenue.
• Handle additional duties as reasonably requested by A&M or its authorized representatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in building and managing business units or practice areas.
• Strong track record of winning and delivering complex, high‑value assignments.
• Excellent mentorship and team‑development skills.
• Ability to engage in business development, marketing, and client relationship management.
