Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, testing and delivery of electrical systems and components across a range of projects. The role ensures functional safety, compliance with standards and optimal performance of all electrical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and delivery of electrical systems, components and equipment.
• Draft and review technical schematics, diagrams, designs, processes and system specifications.
• Perform system testing, debugging and troubleshooting to validate system performance.
• Evaluate and select electrical components based on performance, cost and sustainability criteria.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit theory and power distribution.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Knowledge of transformers, electromechanical actuators, PLCs and microcontrollers is advantageous.
• Ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
