About the role
SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Engineer, Facilities Management to assist in managing facilities and systems. The role covers project management of new building construction, maintenance of existing structures, and development of planned maintenance programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service partners and contractors
- Provide technical advice to user departments
- Coordinate fire safety and Green Mark related tasks to ensure statutory compliance
- Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years' relevant experience, or a Diploma with at least 10 years' relevant experience
- Extensive experience in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and service provider contract management is highly advantageous
- Able to communicate effectively, establish priorities and multi-task
