Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead project operations and ensure timely delivery of construction initiatives. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, and upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant parties to keep project schedules on track.
• Lead the project team and subcontractors to meet completion dates.
• Manage operational costs and ensure they stay within budget.
• Oversee site documentation and record keeping in line with ISO standards.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Ensure quality of project delivery meets all requirements and regulations.
• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Senior management experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations.
