Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives, driving process innovation and supporting new product introductions across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Propose manufacturing processes and investment plans for business quotes.
• Design, develop and implement processes, equipment, jigs and fixtures for new or redesigned products.
• Provide manufacturing expertise for new product development (ADP, PDP), with a focus on Overmold technologies.
• Transfer new, redesign or VAVE programs to production and plan related manufacturing tasks.
• Develop work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards.
• Install and commission new equipment while tracking CAPEX within budget.
• Achieve departmental goals on cost, responsiveness and quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in manufacturing process engineering.

• Manufacturing process design and optimization.

• Overmold technology expertise.
• VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) implementation.
• CAPEX budgeting and management.
