Senior Engineer, Test Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead Test Development for our hearing‑aid products. You will design, develop, and integrate innovative testing systems and software that ensure product quality and reliability, directly supporting production and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for testing using C, C++, C#, WPF and .NET Core.
• Manage hardware interfacing and develop test algorithms to resolve software and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, NPI, R&D, Quality and Production teams to define test strategies and ensure consistent delivery.
• Interface with external suppliers and vendors to develop and maintain test systems.
• Create test specifications, validate testing systems, and improve production test effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor Engineers and Technicians, supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a testing or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Strong initiative, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
