Senior Executive Assistant - HR Shared Services (12 months contract)

About the role

NHG's Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) supports the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation across its institutions, and is looking for a flexible HR operations resource to join as a Senior Executive Assistant. The role covers Pre & Onboarding, In-Service and Offboarding functions, with assignments changing according to operational priorities and service demand. It is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries and process HR transactions within SLA.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts and appointment letters, coordinate medical screening and pre-employment checks, and handle work pass administration.
• Maintain employee data, process probation confirmations, contract renewals and professional license administration.
• Support resignations, clearances and exit documentation, including work pass cancellations.
• Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Customer-centric, collaborative, adaptable and detail-oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SuccessFactors experience advantageous.
