Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Student Administration (CSL Office)

About the role

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will support the development, implementation, and administration of the new "Care, Serve, Learn" (CSL) course series at NTU. Working closely with internal and external partners, the role blends content creation, digital communication, and stakeholder engagement to promote the initiative across the university community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish multimedia content (text, images, videos) for CSL’s digital platforms.
• Write compelling copy, edit photos and videos, and manage social media interactions to build an inclusive online community.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, EDMs, and digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams, while managing allocated budgets.
• Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging technologies to identify new engagement opportunities.
• Engage partners proactively to secure long‑term participation and support for CSL requirements.
• Collaborate with CSL team members and university stakeholders to integrate CSL requirements into the broader academic programme.
