About the role
This position supports the design and delivery of a targeted talent development programme for high‑performing students. You will focus on programme execution, student engagement and advisory support, coordinating stakeholders and creating meaningful development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to planning, conceptualisation and execution of the RP Talent Development Programme aligned to student needs.
- Develop programme content, student resources and communication materials to boost engagement.
- Manage budget, procurement and vendor relationships in line with RP policies.
- Conduct regular 1‑to‑1 student check‑ins, support goal‑setting and monitor progress using established tools.
- Provide advisory support on scholarships, university pathways, internships and careers.
- Engage partner schools, parents/guardians, alumni and industry to strengthen mentoring and exposure.
- Oversee local and overseas development opportunities, handling logistics, risk management and evaluation.
- Plan and lead community‑building activities, gather feedback and improve student experience.
Required profile
- Passion for working with youth, empathetic and student‑centric.
- Proactive, resourceful with strong time‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector.
