Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Talent Development)

About the role

SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) Department is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to shape Singapore's future healthcare workforce. The role manages fellowship and scholarship programmes supported by ministry, cluster and philanthropic funding, helping healthcare professionals pursue advanced training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fellowship and scholarship programmes, from grant calls and nomination reviews to selection panel interviews and award administration
• Act as key point of contact for SingHealth institutions and stakeholders, advising on programme policies, eligibility, funding support and award administration
• Oversee administration and financial management, including programme changes, record keeping, claim reviews, fund utilisation monitoring and reporting to funders
• Ensure compliance with governance and funding requirements
• Coordinate the annual awards ceremony
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining processes, updating standard operating procedures and exploring automation opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, process improvement or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage relationships across multiple institutional stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to manage competing deadlines independently
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
