Senior Executive – Curriculum Coordination

About the role

The Senior Executive, Curriculum will support the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in delivering its undergraduate and graduate programmes. Working closely with school leads, education offices and clinical training sites, the role ensures smooth coordination of curriculum delivery both on campus and in clinical postings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for Year 3 Enhanced Campus Based Learning weeks, Campus Teaching Week and Wrap‑up Week.
• Coordinate simulation‑based learning, finalising simulated patient scenarios, recruiting SPs and managing related arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Office of Medical Education and laboratory teams to prepare learning spaces, equipment and resources before sessions.
• Develop and publish curriculum resources across digital learning platforms, ensuring quality and proper formatting.
• Partner with hospital Education Offices to plan and arrange Medicine and Surgery clinical postings, aligning them with curriculum requirements.
• Maintain digital curriculum events in Elentra, including attendance tracking and scheduling.
• Oversee room bookings and logistics for integrated teaching sessions within clinical postings.

Required profile

• A good university degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in the education and/or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Experience in scheduling or timetabling is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure, manage changing deadlines and multitask across projects.
