Senior Executive, Curriculum Planning and Operations

About the role

The Nanyang Business School seeks a Senior Executive to support the Undergraduate Programmes Office in curriculum planning and operations. This role ensures smooth academic planning, timetabling, and programme administration for undergraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate semester timetabling, teaching allocations and resource planning with academic divisions.
• Maintain course coordinator and instructor records and update curriculum information on the NBS intranet.
• Process course registration requests, manage double‑degree, second major and minor programmes, and support change‑of‑programme exercises.
• Provide academic advisory to students on programme requirements, monitor academic progress and assist with MOOC administration.
• Support policy reviews, manage documentation, and contribute to events such as Open House and Convocation.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma holder; experience in higher education is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, tactful team player with strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
