Senior Executive - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring

About the role

NHG is looking for a Senior Executive to support its strategic growth in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. The role supports the Director on strategic planning, helps formulate work plans and turns technical requirements into visual outputs for data analysis and performance measurement. It works with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners such as the Ministry of Health and Synapxe, and with healthcare professionals, data analysts, finance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Data analytics and performance monitoring: develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations, extract, clean and analyse data, and turn business requirements into visual outputs.
• KPI monitoring: assist periodic KPI reviews by preparing data, flag anomalies or trends, review and act on them, and present routine reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Data capability building: contribute to standardization initiatives, document processes, maintain technical manuals and help build standard templates and workflows.
• Other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven track record using Tableau for visualization and analysis, with strong understanding of data management and interpretation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to multi-task, work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
