Senior Executive (ELP Analytics & Reporting) – Admissions & Academics

About the role

Nanyang Polytechnic is hiring a Senior Executive for its Admissions & Academics Affairs department to support outcomes monitoring, data analytics and reporting for the Enhanced Learning Pathways (ELP) framework. The role enables evidence-based oversight, policy refinement and reporting, ensuring ELP outcomes are systematically tracked through appropriate system and data structures in collaboration with the Digital Solutions & Services Department.

Key responsibilities

• Outcomes monitoring and analysis: develop and maintain frameworks to track participation, progression and outcomes across ELP pathways; analyse trends across pathway types, schools and cohorts to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities; support periodic and annual collation of pathway data from schools and units.
• Reporting: prepare dashboards, reports and briefing materials for AAA management and senior leadership; turn data into clear, decision-ready insights for governance-level reporting; align monitoring outputs with policy objectives and institutional priorities.
• Data and systems enablement: work with Digital Solutions & Services to define data models, fields and system requirements; embed ELP data at source systems to reduce manual tracking and reconciliation; collaborate with AAA Systems & Data Analytics teams on consistent data definitions and indicators.
• Continuous improvement: provide evidence-based recommendations for refining policy parameters, implementation practices or systems; support longitudinal analysis of ELP outcomes across cohorts and contribute insights to framework reviews.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and experience in data analysis, reporting or performance monitoring in an academic or institutional context.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
