Senior Executive, F&O Audit

About the role

The Senior Executive, F&O Audit will join the MOH Holdings Internal Audit division, supporting audit and advisory activities across Singapore’s public healthcare sector. Reporting to the Assistant Director of GIA, you will help ensure financial and operational risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report on operational, financial, and compliance audits, as well as advisory reviews and data‑analytical exercises.
• Review and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Present audit findings, highlight risks and recommend practical solutions to auditees and management.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken.

Required profile

• Diploma, ACCA or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in internal audit or data‑analytics roles.
• Strong interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of auditing techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
