About the role
The Senior Executive, Human Resources will act as a strategic partner for assigned business units, delivering end‑to‑end HR services. You will support recruitment, staffing, compensation, employee relations and separation processes while also coordinating wellness program initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR partnership and operational support across recruitment, staffing, compensation, employee relations and employee separations.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for wellness programs, including planning and execution of initiatives.
- Assist the Chief HR Officer and senior/assistant directors on a variety of HR projects and day‑to‑day functions.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in communications or event management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS.
