Senior Executive (Social Work)

About the role

This position works within the School of Health and Social Sciences, supporting the social work section on administrative work and other industry-related work.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospective learners on the Social Work course
• Handle social media marketing for courses
• Lead or support school-level and course-related events such as pre-placement workshops, orientation programmes, Open House activities, alumni events, overseas student exchanges and study trips
• Support and maintain the course and placement database
• Support administration of course applications, procurement and facility bookings

Required profile

• Diploma in any field, preferably in Social Work or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including programme and event management
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented mindset in supporting academic and operational stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Strong administrative skills, with a proven track record of managing administrative and procurement processes
