Senior Executive, Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Senior Executive, Stakeholder Engagement will support NTUpreneur, the entrepreneurship academy within Nanyang Technological University’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship cluster. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with students, alumni, clubs, corporate partners and other external stakeholders through events and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute student and alumni outreach events, ensuring a seamless user experience from pre‑event to post‑event.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for NTUpreneur’s partnerships and maintain the I&E event calendar and engagement statistics.
• Develop and manage communications plans, produce promotional collateral and videos, and draft content for websites and email campaigns.
• Oversee social‑media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, performance tracking and analytics reporting.
• Create and manage corporate‑gift programmes, from procurement to inventory control.
• Review and update website and digital channels to ensure alignment with university brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high‑impact events.
• Detail‑oriented with solid administrative and logistical coordination skills.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
