Senior Executive, Strategic Integration & Transformation

About the role

SingHealth's Strategic Integration & Transformation (SIT) team is looking for a Senior Executive to support HR initiatives that ensure seamless patient care across the healthcare cluster. The role covers coordination of promotions and hiring, integration project support, event assistance and administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Senior Staff Promotions and Hiring: coordinate promotion panels for Senior Nursing, Medical and Research staff and assist with hiring approvals
• Integration Project Management: support centralising employee initiatives for Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Administrative, Ancillary (NPA3) and Medical staff, respond to employment transfer queries and follow up on project timelines
• Support events: work with the Talent Attraction, Development and Awards team on the SingHealth Doctors and Dentists Long Service Award ceremony, and with the Employee Services team on the SingHealth HQ Long Service Award ceremony
• Handle administrative tasks: prepare appointment letters for system access, maintain databases for staff access, update leadership appointment records and keep filing systems organised
• Provide operational support: answer queries directed to SIT, escalate issues appropriately and complete assigned projects within timelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered
