Senior Executive Water Resources Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Water Resources Engineer to lead hydrological, hydraulic and water resources modelling for infrastructure and development projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake hydrological, hydraulic and water resources modelling for infrastructure and development projects.
• Lead flood risk assessments, drainage design, stormwater management and water quality studies.
• Prepare technical calculations, reports and design documentation in line with statutory requirements and project specifications.
• Review modelling outputs and technical submissions from internal and external parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams (environment, coastal, geotechnical, transport) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and stakeholders to support technical submissions, approvals and respond to queries.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and assist in managing deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to quality assurance, compliance with internal standards and stay current with relevant codes and guidelines.
• Assist with proposal development and provide technical inputs for business development activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional in water resources engineering.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and engage with external stakeholders.
