Senior Facilities Executive

About the role

The Senior Facilities Executive will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all facility‑related activities across our Jurong Island site. You will ensure that building services, equipment, and utilities operate smoothly while driving efficiency and cost‑control initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate operations, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, HVAC, electrical systems, housekeeping, waste management and sanitation.
• Develop design standards, operating rules, emergency procedures and inspection protocols.
• Supervise building service personnel, assign maintenance tasks and manage external contractor bids.
• Administer the facilities budget, compile labor and material cost reports, and prepare monthly KPI and expenditure statements.
• Procure supplies, machinery, equipment and furniture; oversee contracted projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead asset‑enhancement initiatives, including building upgrades, intelligent building technologies, and energy‑water conservation programs.
• Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Manage projects such as new warehouse set‑up, office renovations, operational expansions and warehouse migrations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in facilities or building management.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills with the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
