Senior Finance Executive

About the role

The Senior Finance Executive will act as a behind‑the‑scenes enabler for The Lo & Behold Group, delivering reliable financial insights, improving processes and supporting leaders with data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Analyse business performance, monitor key metrics and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with venue and department teams to gather information and improve reporting accuracy.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and automation solutions to enhance visibility.
• Identify inefficiencies in finance processes and drive system improvements.
• Maintain governance, controls and compliance across finance functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis and business support within a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Track record of driving process improvements and automation.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
