Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing & SAP

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Director to lead finance functions for our manufacturing operations in the East region. The role combines financial stewardship, strategic business partnering, and transformation of finance processes within a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements, management reports, cash‑flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, commercial insights and support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, manage financial exceptions, and oversee tax, foreign‑exchange and corporate‑governance compliance.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies; coordinate statutory audits and tax filings.
• Lead, coach and develop a regional finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Identify and drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or CMA is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams across regions.
