Senior Finance, Tax & Transfer Pricing Controller (APAC)

About the role

This newly created senior position will lead finance, tax and transfer pricing functions across the APAC region for a fast‑growing data‑centre services provider. Based in Singapore, the controller will partner with the UK Finance Director, regional business leaders and external advisors to ensure robust financial governance and support expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall finance leadership for APAC entities, overseeing AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Develop and implement scalable finance processes, controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Prepare and present financial reports and business updates to senior stakeholders.
• Lead tax compliance and transfer pricing activities in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.
• Manage statutory filings, VAT/GST, withholding tax, dividend and royalty remittances.
• Support regional growth by establishing new entities, integrating finance and tax frameworks, and guiding the Batam‑based Finance Manager.

Required profile

• Extensive senior finance experience in a multi‑country APAC environment.
• Deep expertise in Indonesian tax law and transfer pricing regulations.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability to influence strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across borders.
