Senior Frontend Engineer, Growth

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, Growth in Singapore. The Growth team focuses on user acquisition and market expansion, using data and technology to build intuitive experiences that help users discover and engage with its products. The role covers growth funnels, landing pages and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions for growth funnels, landing pages and marketing campaigns.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code using React and TypeScript.
• Track and interpret user behavior metrics with data scientists and product managers.
• Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags and analytics solutions.
• Work with Design, Product and Marketing teams, taking part in design discussions, code reviews and strategic planning.
• Build rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses and continuously refine user journeys to reduce friction and increase conversions.
• Champion frontend best practices, provide technical leadership and shape the architectural roadmap for growth products.
• Embed secure coding practices and frameworks to protect user data and comply with global regulations.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React, with clean, modular code.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, funnel optimization and hypothesis-driven development.
• User-focused, collaborative leader who mentors peers and works well across functions.
• Adaptable, curious and security-conscious, with an ownership mentality.
