Senior FSQA Specialist - International

About the role

Domino's is hiring a Senior FSQA Specialist, International, reporting to the Sr. Manager, FSQA. The role supports farm-to-fork food safety, quality and supplier and product qualification initiatives across up to two regions and more than 50 markets, working closely with restaurant, supply chain, product quality and technical services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure master franchisees are accountable for supplier, supply chain center and restaurant management, and that certifications meet Domino's standards and are properly documented.
• Support or lead the farm-to-fork audit program, summarise and trend results to identify improvements.
• Support the non-compliance escalation and accountability process when standards are not met.
• Contribute to international standards and audit development, and research emerging FSQA topics for international markets.
• Build franchisee risk-reduction capability through training and continuous improvement programs.
• Support core ingredient qualification and variance approvals, and lead new product and supplier development for international franchisee markets.
• Assist project teams with premarket regulatory, export and labeling requirements and other QA compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FSQA, regulatory compliance, standards and/or food manufacturing.
• Fluent knowledge of FSQA aspects of food manufacturing, distribution and restaurant operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and travel up to 30%.

Required skills

• Project management: creating action assignments, verifying task completion and following up.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong oral and written communication and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
