Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist (Pharma)

About the role

A global healthcare organisation is recruiting a Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist for its APAC operations team through Michael Page. The role suits a supply chain professional who enjoys managing order fulfilment, coordinating with many stakeholders and keeping products available across regional markets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. It is based in Singapore, permanent, and can be done from home or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order receipt through delivery and invoicing
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
• Work with regional affiliates, logistics providers and external partners to meet service level targets
• Keep inventory visible and flag potential stock risks
• Prepare operational reports and give insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with supply chain, customer service and commercial teams
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects and ad hoc assignments

Required profile

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or customer operations
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or regulated industries is an advantage
• Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems or similar order management platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and ability to handle multiple priorities

What we offer

• Remuneration of SG$6,000 to SG$7,500 per month (SG$72,000 to SG$90,000 per year)
