Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI-Powered Healthcare Platforms

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's TS APAC Digital and Connected Commerce team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Singapore. The role builds scalable, AI-powered platforms that connect healthcare professionals with J&J products, using full-stack technologies and Generative AI. It is a hands-on engineering position in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment, working with product, design and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable web applications with Node.js, TypeScript, React and/or Python.
• Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services and build responsive, accessible UI components.
• Manage data models with SQL and NoSQL databases, and deploy applications on AWS with scalability, reliability and observability in mind.
• Work with serverless, microservices and containerized architectures.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) and build AI features such as search, summarization, recommendations and conversational interfaces, using LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
• Use AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Kiro) and AI-paired programming to prototype, test and review code, with human validation.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and Agile ceremonies, and collaborate across teams.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications.
• Strong full-stack experience building scalable systems, with hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and AI features.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD and Agile.
• Good problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.
