Senior HR Executive – Payroll & Mobility

About the role
The Senior HR Executive will join the HR Centre of Excellence & Shared Services team, focusing on compensation, benefits, payroll, mobility and expatriate management. You will partner with key business stakeholders to ensure compliance, deliver high‑quality HR advice and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly and ad‑hoc payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll system updates for payments, deductions, overtime, commissions and leave records.
- Prepare statutory submissions and annual tax filings such as IR21 and IR8A.
- Update the HR database, manage annual appraisals, salary issuances and repatriation calculations.
- Ensure all payments comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Produce payroll‑related reports and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- Lead HR projects, including payroll system migrations.
- Manage end‑to‑end expat mobility processes.
- Perform other ad‑hoc HR duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on payroll processing experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as WorkDay.
- Experience using Prosoft.
- Familiarity with Workforce System.
