Senior ICA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ICA Engineer to support project delivery in instrumentation, control and automation. You will work closely with the Project Manager and on‑site teams to ensure successful installation, testing and commissioning of ICA systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with technical reviews and preparation of project submissions related to ICA works.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout execution, ensuring alignment and timely progress.
• Monitor and lead supervisors and workers during ICA installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Handle ad‑hoc project assignments as directed by the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Automation Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICA engineering or related project work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical, communication and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Capability to supervise site personnel and work effectively in a project environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,800 to 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
