Senior Key Account Manager – APAC

About the role

EBANX is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth across its APAC merchant portfolio. You will work with large and midsize merchants, helping them expand into emerging digital markets while delivering year‑on‑year revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑potential merchants and achieve quarterly revenue targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, monitor performance, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain strong, customer‑centric relationships and provide tailored solutions to improve merchant success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with merchants to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to track pipeline, opportunities, and forecast results.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in e‑commerce, OTA, gaming or related verticals.
• 7+ years experience in account management or business development, preferably with large to midsize accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from data.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience living or studying abroad is a plus.
