Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

Blood, a challenger consumer brand focused on period care products, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in Modern Trade and General Trade across Singapore. Reporting to the Country General Manager, you will own key accounts, lead execution, and shape mid‑term account strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned Modern Trade key accounts as the primary point of contact, driving sales growth, distribution expansion and velocity uplift.
• Develop, plan and execute rolling 6‑12 month A&P/BTL plans (promotions, displays, activations) in partnership with retailers.
• Track and manage sales actuals versus forecast and budget at account, category and SKU level.
• Lead negotiations on promo mechanics, displays, pricing support and retailer programmes.
• Monitor sell‑out performance, promo uplift and ROI, using data to inform future plans.
• Ensure strong on‑shelf availability by collaborating with sales ops, supply chain, trade marketing and retailers.
• Manage General Trade distributors, driving sales growth, market share and distribution expansion.
• Drive new SKU listings and door expansion within existing Modern Trade partners and expand General Trade doors.
• Work closely with trade marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

• Hands‑on and strategic mindset, comfortable with day‑to‑day execution and mid‑term planning.
• Proven ability to manage key Modern Trade accounts and drive sales growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with trade marketing, supply chain and sales operations.
