Senior Key Account Manager – SEA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead retail revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a leading beauty brand. The role will manage retail partners end‑to‑end, from commercial planning and negotiations through execution, forecasting and sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall commercial performance across SEA markets, delivering revenue targets and sustainable growth.
• Oversee the full commercial lifecycle from product listing and sell‑in to sell‑out execution.
• Strengthen and expand long‑term retail partnerships through joint business planning, category growth initiatives and profitability improvement.
• Translate sales data and channel performance into commercial insights to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless launches, promotions and retail activations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably within beauty, luxury or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing internal and external teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced regional environment and willing to travel as needed.
