Senior Lead Analyst - Applications Development Technology

About the role

Citi is looking for a Senior Lead Analyst in Applications Development Technology, a senior-level position based in Singapore. The role leads applications systems analysis and programming activities, working with the Technology Team to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products and enhance processes.
• Analyze complex business processes, system processes and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high-level problems.
• Provide subject matter expertise in applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross-functional projects or multiple projects.
• Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Use deep knowledge of main system flows and multiple areas to achieve technology goals.
• Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate them into the overall system design.
• Allocate work and act as advisor and coach for developers, analysts and new team members.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, follow policy, exercise sound ethical judgment and escalate, manage and report control issues transparently.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in applications development.
• Bachelor's degree or university degree, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is preferred.
