Senior Lead Architect (MDR / SOC)

About the role

This is a hands‑on senior architect position focused on assessing enterprise security environments, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations. You will work directly with top clients and internal engineering teams to translate technical findings into strategic security improvements at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate architecture, configurations, and strategy of enterprise security environments to uncover control gaps and resilience opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to design practical security roadmaps and implementation approaches for large‑scale, complex environments.
• Convert deep technical findings into clear, actionable insights that guide engineering, security, and leadership decisions.
• Support incident response and security improvement initiatives by conducting technical analysis, validating issues, and contributing to remediation efforts.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or closely related technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience in security design, architecture, and controls, with exposure to IT/network engineering, security engineering, application security, or cloud security.
• Proven client‑facing experience with strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel within APAC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
