Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Specialist to own employee offboarding and first‑level employee relations for its global client base. You will work independently across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex end‑to‑end employee exits, including terminations, resignations, transfers, contract updates and redundancy processes.
• Provide trusted guidance on HR matters across more than 80 countries, prioritising legal compliance.
• Deliver first‑level employee‑relations support, helping clients navigate workplace concerns and coordinating appropriate resources.
• Drive process improvements and initiatives that align with Remote’s strategic goals and values.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing global employee exits and employee‑relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in multiple international jurisdictions.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and maintain a high standard of service quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
